Ownership

Brothers Justin and Shane Barclay started Barclay Properties in 2015. Both brothers have a background as handymen and in construction, so fixing homes and managing their upkeep and rental was a natural career choice.

While both Justin and Shane are from Minnesota, Justin lives in Montana.

Shane Barclay lives locally near Little Falls and manages the day-to-day aspects of Barclay properties. He is your primary contact if you’re looking to rent or have questions about the property.
